Meet the team

Andrew Muñoz, a multifaceted geoscientist with over a decade of experience, brings invaluable expertise to Blue Bison Analytics. His diverse background spans geophysics, geology, and data science as well as experience across major US unconventional resource basins. Beginning his career at Newfield Exploration, Andrew honed his skills in basin evaluation and geoscience operations, eventually building data science workflows that are still in use today.

In 2019, he joined Ensign Natural Resources, leading multidisciplinary teams and spearheading the development of cutting-edge analytics tools. His contributions resulted in significant asset growth and positioned Ensign as a technology leader among small to mid-sized operators.

Now, Andrew actively shapes the development of Blue Bison Analytics' 4cast software, focusing on enhancing various features like type curve analysis, economic analysis, and geoscience data integration while expanding the company's infrastructure and database.

Zac is a serial entrepreneur, President, and Co-founder of Blue Bison Analytics, a company he established in January 2020. He leads the team that developed 4cast, an innovative software designed for the economic evaluation of oil and gas properties.

With an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma City University, Zac has a wealth of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to Blue Bison Analytics, he held various positions in state agencies and financial institutions. In 2017, he took on the role of CFO at a mineral and non-op company in Oklahoma City, where he facilitated transactions for thousands leasehold and mineral acres in under three years.

Zac is also an active member of his community, volunteering as a youth baseball coach and working with organizations such as the Oklahoma City University Mentor Program and the Mineral Foundation for NARO (National Association of Royalty Owners). When he's not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, golf, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Jolene Robertson is a results-oriented senior Spotfire developer, with experience in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Globally recognized for outstanding and innovative UI report development of intermediate to advanced metrics dashboards, scorecards, and interfaces.

In 2021 Jolene won 1st Place in the TIBCO TAF Hackathon and is a TIBCO Certified Professional.

During her 12 years at a major Oil and Gas company she worked Senior Analyst and Spotfire Development roles before venturing out as an Independent Consultant.

Jolene enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing, chasing Auroras, capturing Eclipses, hunting for rocks and fossils, and listening to Nine Inch Nails.
